Three important names to taste from 7 to 11 of September with Frecciarossa.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, Provolone Valpadana DOP and Lambrusco DOC, at High Speed with Frecciarossa.
For one week, from 7 to 11 of September, on some High Speed Frecciarossa trains of Trenitalia – and in particularly at the dining car – you can taste the black gold of Modena in combination with Provolone Valpadana DOP and serve with another modenese excellence such as the Lambrusco DOC.
The tasting, which would happen on Trenitalia Frecciarossa train between Roma and Milan and vice versa, (the AV9520 Roma – Milano departing from the capital at 10.20 and arriving in Milan at 13.40 and AV9643 of 16 from Milan arriving in Rome at 18.55),will take place with the support of high quality staff who will explain how these products of Made in Italy are made, how to perceive and recognize the organoleptic characteristics and which combinations are able to exalt them to the top.
During the tasting, the staff will distribute some informative flyers with the technical card of each product. In order to participate at the tasting you must tell your adhesion to the operator who will recollect the reservations until the end of the places.
The object of the initiative- which is promoted by the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP with the Consortium of Tutela Provolone Valpadana and The Consortium of Marchio Storico dei Lambruschi Modenesi – It is mainly to bring to a wider audience the peculiarities of these excellent products of Italian wine and food, some of which protagonists until 31 October of the Milan Expo with tastings and thematic meetings.
